On 31/1/2021 at 21:00 we have a continuation of a workshop about Sudanese refugees from Schaumberg/Niedersachsen online to discuss the refugee’s situation.

This is the 4th workshop now. We are not going to be silent, until the deportation is stopped, until the isolation of refugees is broken, and until the primary, secondary, and universal rights of refugees are back. We know the system is gaining much on making refugees under constant stress, underlining the isolation of refugees from all corners of life. The disappointment, aggression of refugees and conflicts is the system’s success, but we are going to win it, if we come and gather our voices and strength again this system. We call upon your solidarity!

Sudanese and Sudan issue is invisible one of the ways to make it visible is to do these workshop, or you can bring you ideas as well.

Update:

On 21st of November 2020 at 12:00 PM, we will continue with the Sudanese refugees’ discussion on asylum policy in Germany on Skype instead of meeting at Bethanien. However, the workshop was about the situation of Sudanese refugees here in German and the situation in Sudan. It took place on 24th and 25th of October, and was directed to refugees from Sudan living in Germany. Their situation is extremely bad: in terms of human treatment, education opportunities, self-determination, and their daily life in Sudan and in Germany. The main question of these Sudanese refugees’ is why they are not given any opportunity in Germany?

Therefore, this skype talk will discuss how to bring the issue to the public. If any of you like to participate in this, send us a email: bw.humanrights (at) yahoo.com.

We have a conference about refugees mainly from Schaumberg / Niedersachsen to discuss the refugees’ situation: what is the refugees’ situation in the camps right now considering coronavirus and how should the activists and others support? If there is any new development on refugee issues?

As we know, the systematic isolation of refugees, deportations and rejected applications put refugees under constant stress. They reinforce isolation from the EU by combining all functions of immigration and refugees’ control such as the Dublin III regulation. Refugees are permanently exposed to external and internal controls, authorities; institutions have constant access to their private life. This creates frustration and aggression for refugees, and even conflicts between refugees to fight each other as the order of the day. Refugees are presented to the population as a danger, as illegitimate supplicants – but asylum is a human right!

People who support refugees are criminalized. Refugees and activists are often played off against each other. But there is resistance. Not only in Berlin, but everywhere where they are exposed to repression and discrimination, refugees come together and fight for their rights. Together with local initiatives, they break the isolation and form networks of solidarity. This creates access to legal support. that many people in the asylum and residence are otherwise denied.

Above all, however, these activist networks stand for a very concrete political vision of living together in solidarity, which represents an alternative to the anti-migrant, nationalist, racist and patriarchal patterns of thought and action of right-wing movements and parties.

Unfortunately, many of these solidarity initiatives and self-organized movements are often poorly networked and have few resources. There is also a lack of concrete strategies and methods, both regarding the internal conflict dynamics in heterogeneous groups and regarding dealing with state repression, police violence, right-wing agitation, and deportations. Better networking, the exchange of experience and awareness are required here. This is important now. Therefore, coming together to discuss and share the experience is our strength.

The event will take place on 24 and 25/10/2020 from 12 AM to 3:PM in New Yorck / Bethanien (Mariannenplatz 2a, Berlin-Kreuzberg). Due to coronavirus we can have only have 10 people on board. Others will participate online, using skype etc.

Each participant has to write him_herself in a list. The distance rules must be maintained. Wearing a mask is recommended.

Please contact us through bw.humanrights@yahoo.com, if you want to participate.

To all Refugees in Konradsreuth and Hof Districts

For about 2 years now in Frauenhof, we refugees from Ukrain and Cheychenia have been living together as family community in Konradsreuth with the status of asylum applicant refugees. We support one another through social cultural exchange in our daily relationship.

Since then, many more refugees have been transferred here to live in the village of Konradsreuth and in other districts of Hof, therefore we think it is time to widen our network and community.

It is our belief in human dignity that motivates us to propose an active and independent platform of refugee community to advance our unity for fundamental human rights, for freedom and for the well-being of refugees.

We are opportune and now have the possibility to become active in the refugee community network of The VOICE Refugee Forum in Germany. With this appeal we want to inform you of our proposal to initiate section of this refugee network in Konradsreuth as we call for your support.

We want to appeal to other refugees to join us in solidarity by organizing regular meetings and discussions here in Konradsreuth and also in other villages or districts in Bayern on better understanding of our precarious situation, and people who are not yet accepted with the right to permanent residence in Germany, European Union.

Our primary aims and objectives are to unite in solidarity with one another without any form of discrimination, racism and sexism in the refugee community, to promote Socio – cultural and political exchange through regular meetings and discussions on the situation in our home countries and the situation we live here in Germany by organizing related events and activities in Konradsreuth and beyond.

We strongly believe that in solidarity with one another, we can overcome the societal and institutional obstacles to improve the difficult situation of being a refugee in Germany. That means: How can we live without oppression and how can we be motivated to strengthen our self-determination and promote our human values for freedom and equality? How do we engage in the struggle for our rights to association, education, work, secure residence without deportation threats and deportation, and against being a victim of any form of insecurity while we continue to live here?

Please join us for a life decided by our own will for freedom, equality and human dignity.

We do know that our solidarity with and amongst refugees will remain the only lasting solution to reclaiming our dignity even as refugees through our self-organisation to break the isolation, discrimination and the policies of exclusion in Germany, Europe.

We want to invite you refugees to the first preparation meeting this year to a growing refugee community with refugees and delegates from all the refugee homes and camps in Konradsreuth.

Hof.

Invitation to Network-Meeting for Extern Supporters
The events are going head over heals. However, by court judgment of 12/11/2014, we have gained time to bring our political refugee protest and the implementation of our self-governed international refugee center forward. For this reason we, the refugess from the school at Ohlauerstr. invite allinterested initiatives, organizations, and associations to our network meeting on Tuesday, 18/11/2014 at 8 p.m. in the Emmaus Church on Lausitzer Platz. The aim of this meeting is to organize and coordinate the support outside of the school and to find a work-sharing strategy for productive actions. We would therefore ask all interested parties, to send max 1 – 2 members from their respective clubs or organizations who are willing to participate in regular plenary sessions. We appreciate every form of support!
You can’t evict a movement!

The Oranienplatz Refugee Strike together with an international network of sans-papiers and refugees initiated since 2 months a European network to build a great march to Brussels in may 2014.

Today, we are calling for solidarity to organize the resistance: all Groups who feel politically concerned by the abolishment of the minimum score in the EU parliament that will let extreme right parties enter the EU assembly, by Frontex and Dublin II, by the racist and excluding policy of the EU and the rise of fascist forces throughout Europe!

Because it is our right to have an influence on the European Parliament elections, which will take decisions that affect our lives. In this world of neo-liberalism and racism, we should at least have laws that appeal to every human being. We can not allow the system to ignore human rights seeking their own benefits. People are dying at the borders, that are controlled by a machinery financed by the European Union called Frontex, to protect the nobility of Europe instead of taking the humanitarian and Moral responsibility.

The EU is not only evading that responsibility, but also denying the ongoing colonial exploitation, the trade of arms and war initiation. They are destroying other countries on one hand, and don’t accept asylum cases which are the result of this destruction. Not only that, they also carry out deportations, without considering any consequence on people’s lives. They practice repression and create anxiety using the excuse of terrorism.

Implementing a jurisdical structure to criminalize migrants and minorities, the system legitimizes and supports the right-wing parties and groups’ ideology. According to that, racism reaches an institutional level, which influences the conception of society of many people. This means that the oppression of minorities is and will be rising.

It is our right to demand equal treatment, wherever we come from and whatever we have in our pockets,

because living together in Europe is uniting us!

It is our right to march to Brussels and for this we are inviting you for a

meeting on saturday the 14th of December

at 3pm in New York, Bethanien am Marianenplatz.
