Menschen auf dem Mittelmeer sterben zu lassen, um die Abschottung Europas weiter voranzubringen und politische Machtkämpfe auszutragen, ist unerträglich und spricht gegen jegliche Humanität. Migration ist und war schon immer Teil unserer Gesellschaft! Statt dass die Grenzen dicht gemacht werden, brauchen wir ein offenes Europa, solidarische Städte, und sichere Häfen.

Seehofer, Salvini, und Kurz nutzen die Not von Menschen auf hoher See aus um ihre eigenen Machtkämpfe auszutragen. Sie treten damit internationale Menschenrechte mit Füßen. Das ist unerträglich und widerwärtig.

Viele schwerkranke Menschen auf der Lifeline und schon auf anderen Schiffen vorher mussten tagelang auf hoher See ausharren, bis der gesellschaftliche Druck so groß wurde, dass Seehofer und Konsorten nicht mehr anders konnten, als die Lifeline anlegen zu lassen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten bereits mehrere Städte und Länder angeboten, die Menschen auf der Lifeline aufzunehmen.

Doch statt die Solidarität innerhalb der Bevölkerung anzuerkennen, versucht Seehofer immer weiter Seenotrettung zu kriminalisieren. Die Crew der Lifeline wird nun von Seehofer vor Gericht gestellt.

In diesen Minuten, Stunden, und Tagen laufen weiterhin Boote aus den Häfen Libyens aus und die Menschen darauf werden keine Hilfe erhalten, denn aufgrund der angespannten Situation ist kein einziges Rettungsschiff mehr auf dem Mittelmeer. Das heißt: Jeden Tag sterben hunderte Menschen auf dem Weg nach Europa. Das ist eine unfassbare humanitäre Katastrophe, die verhindert werden muss.

Seehofers Plan ist es, dass keine Schiffe mehr auslaufen können.

Wir wollen genau das Gegenteil: Nicht weniger Rettung, sondern viel viel mehr!

Daran beteiligen sich auch deutsche Unternehmen. Der Film zeigt das Problem am Beispiel des Minerals Coltan, das für den Bau von Mobiltelefonen oder Computern äußerst begehrt ist. Sprache: deutsch. Er filmt nach 14 Monaten im Camp auf der marokkanischen Seite vor Mellila (die spanische Enklave auf marokkanischem Festland), vor dem Grenzzaun nach Spanien. Dabei dokumentiert er seinen und den Alltag der Geflüchteten, ihre Selbstorganisation, ihre erfolglosen und die erfolgreiche Erstürmung des unüberwindbar erscheinenden Grenzzauns.

Im Zuge der Präsidentschaft über die G20-Staaten lädt Deutschland zur „G20-Afrika-Partnerschafts-Konferenz“ ein. Die sogenannten „Migrations- partnerschaften“ entpuppen sich jedoch als Maßnahmen um Migration zu verhindern, Ziel von privaten Investitionen ist der Profit. Das Wohl der Menschen in Afrika ist damit nicht gemeint. Il a documenté sa vie quotidienne et l’auto-organisation des fugitifs, leur échec et leur succès et la prise d´assaut de la clôture frontalière qui paraissait insurmontable.

Die Abschiebemaschinierie ölen: ein zentrales Anliegen von PEGIDA.

Regierungsmitglieder distanzieren sich … und ziehen währendessen am gleichen Strang. Am 8. Mai wird der Bundestag über die weitgehendsten Asylrechtsverschärfungen seit den 90er Jahren abstimmen. Union und SPD wollen mit dem „Gesetzentwurf zur Neubestimmung des Bleiberechts und der Aufenthaltsbeendigung” die massenhafte Inhaftierung von Geflüchteten ermöglichen. Unter dem Deckmantel der lange geforderten Bleiberechtsregelung – die wieder nur einem kleinen Teil der Geduldeten zu Gute kommt – sollen gleich mehrere rassistische Entrechtungen verabschiedet werden. So soll es neue Gründe für die Abschiebehaft geben, die so umfangreich sind, dass sie auf fast alle Asylsuchenden zutreffen. Drei Beispiele:

– alle Geflüchteten, die schon einmal in einem anderen EU-Staat registriert waren – Knast

– alle Geflüchteten, denen vorgeworfen wird bei ihrer eigenen Abschiebung nicht mitzuwirken – Knast

– alle Geflüchteten, die eine bestimmt Summe an Fluchthelfer_innen gezahlt haben – Knast

Und Haft ohne Verbrechen und ohne richterlichen Beschluss? Möglich für Asylsuchende in Deutschland.

Der Entwurf sieht auch vor Einreise- und Aufenthaltsverbote für den gesamten Schengen-Raum auszuweiten. Fast alle Geduldeten werden davon betroffen sein und können dann auch aus humanitären Gründen keinen Aufenthalt mehr bekommen.

Wir befinden uns damit am Vorabend einer einschneidenden Verschärfung des Asylrechts, einer massiven Verschlechterung der Rechte und Lebensbedingungen von Geflüchteten. Stoppen wir sie!

Denn Antirassismus heißt:

Gleiche Rechte und globale Bewegungsfreiheit für alle!

Lubricate the deportation machinery: a central concern of Pegida.

Government officials distance themselves – while aiming at the same. On May 8th the Bundestag is going to vote on the most drastic tightening of the asylum laws since 1993. The „draft law for the re-definiton of the right to stay and the termination of stay” of CDU/CSU and SPD makes mass-imprisonment of refugees possible. Under the cover of the long wanted right to stay – which again only applies to a small part of the „tolerated refugees” – they want to pass more than just one racist deprivation of rights. For example new reasons for deportation imprisonment are being defined. The list is so broad, that it applies to almost every asylum seeker. Three examples:

– all refugees, who were registered in another EU-State – prison

– all refugees, who are charged with not assisting in their own deportation – prison

– all refugees, who payed a amount for flight-aid-services – prison

And imprisonment without crime and without court order? Possible for refugees in Germany

The draft also contains the extension of entry- and residence bans to the whole Schengen area. This would apply to nearly every „tolerated refugee”, making a right to stay out of humanitarian reasons impossible too.

We are therefore on the eve of a radical tightening of asylum laws, a massive worsening of the rights and living conditions of refugees in Germany. Let’s stop them! Because anti-racism means:

L’une des préoccupations majeures de PEGIDA est le graissage de la machine à expulser. Des membres du gouvernement se sont distanciés dans un premier temps de cette revendication … pour mieux l’approuver ensuite. Le 8 mai prochain, le Bundestag adoptera le plus vaste durcissement du droit d’asile depuis les années 90. Avec le « projet de loi sur la redéfinition du droit de séjour et la fin du séjour », la CDU et le SPD visent à permettre l’incarcération de masse de réfugié_e_s.

Sous le couvert de la réglementation revendiquée de longue date relative au droit de séjour – et qui ne profitera qu’à une petite partie des personnes avec le statut « d’étranger toléré » –, le gouvernement se saisit de l’occasion pour adopter plusieurs privations de droit racistes. Ainsi, de nouveaux motifs permettront le placement en centre de rétention. Ces motifs sont si vastes qu’ils concerneront quasiment tous les demandeurs et demandeuses d’asile. Trois exemples :

– pour tou_te_s les régugié_e_s qui ont déjà été inscrit_e_s dans un autre pays de l’UE : rétention

– pour tou_te_s les régugié_e_s à qui il est reproché de ne pas collaborer à leur propre expulsion : rétention

– pour tou_te_s les régugié_e_s qui ont versé une certaine somme à des passeurs ou passeuses : rétention

La prison sans crime et sans décision judiciaire ? Une réalité future pour les demandeurs et demandeuses d’asile en Allemagne.

Le projet de loi prévoit également d’élargir les interdictions d’entrée sur le territoire et de séjour à l’ensemble de l’espace Schengen.

Quasiment tous les « étrangers tolérés » seront concernés et n’obtiendront plus de droit de séjour, même au titre de motifs humanitaires.

Nous sommes ainsi à la veille d’un durcissement décisif du droit d’asile, d’une détérioration massive des droits et des conditions de vie des réfugié_e_s. Refusons-les !

Darüber hinaus ist es der pure Hohn, wenn ausgerechnet Frontex Anfang Januar 2015 den „Schleusern“ eine “neue Dimension der Grausamkeit” vorwirft, weil bei mehreren sogenannten „Geisterschiffen“ die Crew verschwand, um ihrer Kriminalisierung zu entgehen.
Zweifellos agieren skrupellose Geschäftemacher im lukrativen Handel mit der Flucht übers Mittelmeer, doch klar ist: das Geschäft mit der illegalisierten Einreise und der tausendfache Tod auf See sind zu allererst Konsequenzen des EU-­‐Grenzregimes. Beides könnte morgen Geschichte sein, wenn Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen sich gewöhnliche Fähr-­‐ und Flugtickets kaufen und damit so sicher und kostengünstig wie Touristen reisen könnten. Solange diese Bewegungsfreiheit für alle nicht durchgesetzt ist, kann das Sterben auf dem Meer nur verhindert werden, wenn weiter überall, auch vor der libyschen Küste, Menschen in Seenot sofort gerettet werden.
Wir fordern die sofortige Zurücknahme der mörderischen Frontex-­‐Anordnung! Stoppen wir diese unmenschliche Politik, verteidigen wir die Rechte der Flüchtlinge und MigrantInnen!

Call for the demonstration „Push Back Frontex! Against a new dimension of left-­‐to-­‐die-­‐policy at sea“ 25th of February at 08:30 am in front of BCC/Alexanderplatz

Klaus Rösler, director of Operations Division of Frontex, will speak at the International Police Congress on the 25th of February in Berlin about European border controll and the challenge Mediterranean Sea. We see this as an occasion to fight against the aggressive and inhuman policy which Frontex in the name of the European Union imposes on migrants in the Mediterranean Sea.

After the termination of the Italian navy operation Mare Nostrum which rescued the lives of more than 120.000 people, and at the beginning of the Frontex operation Triton, Klaus Rösler called upon the Italian Ministry of Interior, the navy and the coastguards to stop the current practice of rescuing boat-­‐people in distress at sea. He has unambiguously appealed from a top position of the EU border agency to let many refugees and migrants die in situations of distress at sea. Since it’s foundation 10 years ago, Frontex stands for an aggressive politics of deterrence. In the current crisis in the central Mediterranean Sea, Frontex wants to enforce that the 25 vessels and 9 airplanes of operation Triton would be employed only within the 30-­‐mile-­‐zone off the Italian coast. The explicit aim of Triton is the reduction of arrivals at European coasts and the deterrence of boat-­‐refugees.

Moreover, it is sheer mockery that Frontex, in January 2015, accused people smugglers of a “new dimension of cruelty” when several crews of so-­‐called ‘ghost ships’ abandoned the vessels to avert criminalisation. Without doubt, there are unscrupulous profiteers of the lucrative trade of escape via the Mediterranean Sea. However, it is clear that the business with illegalised entry and the thousandfold death at sea are products of the EU border regime. Both could become history by tomorrow if refugees and migrants were able to simply buy ferry-­‐ and plane-­‐tickets and travel as safely and cheaply as tourists. As long as the freedom of movement for all is not a reality, deaths at sea can only be prevented if all people in distress are rapidly rescued everywhere, also off the coast of Libya! We demand the immediate withdrawal of the murderous Frontex order. We aim for an Euro-­‐Mediterranean space that is not characterised by a deadly border regime but by solidarity and the right for protection and freedom of movement.

The situation necessitates a determined response of civil societies and all social movements: Let us stop these inhumane policies, let us defend the rights of refugees and migrants!

On 6 of February 2014, more migrants were trying in collective action to overcome the border of the enclave of Ceuta (one of two borders of the European Union on African soil) across the sea. The Spanish Guardia Civil, fired on the swimming Migrants with rubber bullets and tear gas. Moroccan police, supported by local racists, also participated in the murderous hunt of migrants. At least 15 people were murdered that day, and 50 all together were missing. Dozens more were injured and illegally pushed back to Morocco.

A year after the killings, the families of the victims, witnesses among the road friends and activists for equality of people”s rights, remember this homicides.
It will be occasion for a meeting on the way to the creation of a Transnational Platform of Action of Migrants, Refugees and solidarious Initiatives. We will come together to denounce all crimes and injustices we all are victims.

Do not wait until the people rise up, you are the people!

Le 6 Février 2014, plusieurs migrants essayaient, dans une action collective, de surmonter la frontière de l’enclave de Ceuta (l’une des deux frontières directes de l’Union Europeenne sur la terre africaine)
à travers la mer. La Guarda Civil espagnole, en réaction contre la tentative d’entrer sur le territoire de l’UE, tirait sur les Migrants dans l’eau avec des balles de caoutchouc et avec du gaz lacrimogene. Des policiers marocains, soutenus par des racistes autochtones, participaient aussi dans la chasse meurtrière aux migrants. Au moins 15 personnes assassines ce jour et 50 d’entre eux étaient portés  disparus ! . Un an après ces assassinats, les familles des victimes, les amis de route temoins et les militants des droits pour l’égalité des personnes, se souviennent de cette homicide.
Aussi, c’est l’occasion d’une rencontre sur le chemin d’une Platforme d’Action Transnationale des Migrant(e)s, Refugié(e)s et Initiatives solidaires. Un appel pour denoncer ensemble toutes ces crimes et injustices dont nous sommes tous/tes victimes.

»6 Février  Manifestation: “Arretez la Guerre aux Migrants”– 10 h Conference de Presse –  11h Rencontre à l’Ambassade de l’Espagne – Marche et manifestations vers l’Ambassade de Maroc, Bundesrat, pour terminer au Ministere d’exterieures – Auswertigesamt.- 19 h – Evenement/Témoignage des ami qui ont vécu dans la forêt avec les assassinés et qui vivent maintenant en Allemagne – Présentation des Images et vidéos de nos frères,

» 7 Février : 10- 14 h et de 16- 20 h – Ateliers de Discussion: 

1. La diplomatie de Guerre de la UE. Les accords internationaux: Dublin 3, les accords bilatéraux pour l’expulsion, la militarisation du contrôle des frontières. Rhétorique humanitaire de l’UE, les “Opération de sauvetage en mer» et la politique du Visa. Plainte contre l’UE.
   2. Les politiques intérieures de persécution: Different Lois d’Immigration de la UE, exploitation structurel du travail des migrants illégalisées – Stratégies institutionnelles pour la privation des droits: la Duldung en Allemagne. Dormir dans la rue en Italie. Lampedusa à Hamburg / Lampedusa à Berlin.
2. Actions et Campagnes transnationales: Caravane des Sans-papiers et Migrant(e)s 2015 Bamako – Tunis.

Aufruf an alle, die betroffen sind von dem durch die Europäischen Union geführten Krieg gegen Migrant*innen und Refugees, sowohl an den Außengrenzen, als auch innerhalb ihrer politischen und sozialen Ordnung

Am 6. Februar 2014 versuchten mehrere Migrant*innen in einer kollektiven Aktion über die Enclave von Ceuta (eine der zwei Grenzen der Europäischen Union auf afrikanischem Boden)  das Meer zu überwinden. Die spanische Guardia Civil feuerte auf die Migrant*innen im Wasser mit Gummiegeschossen und Tränengas. Die marokkanische Polizei und lokale Rassist*innen machten bei dieser mörderischen Jagt auf Migrant*innen mit. Mindestens 15 von ihnen wurden getötet und 50 wurden vermisst. Dutzende wurden verletzt und illegal nach Marokko abgeschoben.

Ein Jahr darauf gedenken diesen Morden die Familien der Opfer, Freund*innen, Beobachtende und Aktive für die Gleichstellung der Menschenrechte.

Dies ist eine Chance den Weg für die Entstehung einer  Transnationalen Aktionsplattform für Migrant*innen, Refugees und solidarische Initiativen zu bereiten. Wir werden uns zusammen tun, um alle Verbrechen und Ungerechtigkeiten, denen wir ausgesetzt sind, anzugreifen.

Warte nicht darauf, dass andere sich erheben, tu es selber!

4 Gedenk-, Aktions- und Arbeitstage vom 5.-8. Februar 2015, dies sind die Hauptthemen:

– 5. Februar:

Ankunft der Delegationen CISPM aus Europa (9 Länder) und Tunesien – Vorstellung des Projekts der CISPM – Videovorführung – Informationen und Diskussion über die vorgeschlagene Diskussionsordnung


– 6. Februar:

– 10 Uhr Pressekonferenz

– 11 Uhr Demonstration von der Spanischen Botschaft, zu der Botschaft von Marokko, Bundesrat, und endet am Auswertigen Amt.

– 19 Uhr Event / Erzählungen von Freunden der Ermordeten, die mit ihnen im Wald gelebt haben und jetzt in Deutschland leben – Bilder und Videos unserer Brüder
- danach: offene Diskussion mit den anwesenden Gästen

– 7. Februar:

– 10- 14 Uhr/ 16 -18 Uhr Workshops CISPM

1. Kriegsdiplomatie der EU Die internationalen Vereinbarungen: Dublin 3, Bilaterale Vereinbarungen in Bezug auf Abschiebung, Militarisierung der Grenzkontrollen. Humanitäre Rethorik der EU, die “Seenot-Einsätze” und die VISA Politik. Beschwerde gegen die EU.
2. Interne Strategien der Verfolgung: EU-weit verschiedene Einwanderungsgesetze, strukturelle Diskriminierung von illegalisierter migrantischen Arbeit, institutionalisierte Strategien zur Aberkennung der Rechte: die Duldung in Deutschland, Obdachlosigkeit in Italien. Lampedusa in Hamburg, Lampedusa in Berlin.

3.Transnationale Aktionen und Kampagne: Die Karawane Bamako-Tunis März 2015.
